M2:  strawberry/granola/yogurt parfait
M3:  mixed veggies and chicken, apple
M4:  peanut butter & chocolate protein "cookie"
Mx:  2 glasses of wine, one piece of calamari, 1 piece of pita bread w/ cheese
M5:  salad w/ beans, root veggies and chicken; 5 strawberries, pb&protein "cookie"
